Cinnamon Plum Jam
I canned two batches of this jam and now I have syrup, (lots of syrup). I should have cut back on the sugar, because it is very sweet. Like one of the other reviewers, I am wondering if the problem was the type of plums I used.

Taco Dip I
Just made this for a Graduation party. And like the other reviewers said, "everyone loved it" they where standing around the table with chips in hands eating it out of the pan. I used the suggestion of mixing the taco seasoning with the cream cheese first, and had no problems!

Pretzel Salad II
I just made this dessert for Easter, it was easy to put together and looked pretty. I used lowfat cream cheese and whipped topping (that was fine). The mistake I made was to use sugar-free gelatin, a bad taste between the salty crust and splenda sweeten jello. Next time I will use the good old sugar based gelatin.
