Chicken Enchiladas I
These were the best enchiladas that I have ever had. I have a picky family and everyone liked these...They were even good the next day. The filling was so flavorful, I will diffently be making these again. They will be a favorite in our house now. The only difference that I did was add Las palmas sauce to the mixture, and instead of adding salsa on top and baking them I dipped the tortilla in the sauce mixture to give them flavor and then I stuffed them with the mixture. I added cheese on top and baked them for 20 minutes and they were just perfect...thank you so much for your recipe.
