Mango Bruschetta
I served this recipe at a dinner party for the first time. Everyone was looking at me like they were not going to like this dish. When I served it they were so surprised at the great taste and how great this birchetta appetizer turned out. It was a big hit!

Awesome Baked Sea Scallops
I served the baked sea scallps as a side dish to the ginger honey shrimp and it was the perfect combination.

Honey Ginger Shrimp
I cut the red pepper by half. I served the honey ginger shrimp over coconut white rice. It was excellent. Everyone loved it!
