Easy Quiche
Fabulous! This was the best quiche I've ever made- and I've made a lot. I don't know if it was the baking mix that gave it such a nice fluffy texture, but it was great. I used a ton of fresh spinach, and although I love spinach, you really couldn't taste it, so the kids devoured it. My daughter even asked to take some for lunch the next day. Thanks for this awesome recipe! This is all I will use from now on...

Rolled Flank Steak
I made this for dinner last night and it was awesome! I'm sure it would have been even better if I'd followed the directions exactly, but I didn't have all the ingredients on hand, so I had to improvise a little. And I only marinated it for 1 hour before cooking and it was still great. Can't wait to try this again- thanks so much for sharing this recipe!

Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs
The coating had a really nice and different flavor, and the house smelled wonderful while it was cooking! My only problem was there wasn't enough coating to cover all of the chicken pieces- next time I will probably double it. I dipped the chicken in some buttermilk that I had left over from another recipe before I coated it, and it turned out really well. I think this would be even better with chicken breasts- so I'll definitely be trying it again. Thanks for the recipe!
