Libby's(R) Famous Pumpkin Pie
EASY, CLASSIC and PERFECT!! The only changes I made were using 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice instead of individual spices, used homemade pumpkin puree which was not as thick as canned so I decreased evap. milk to 9 oz.

Zucchini Chocolate Cake
I have made this cake several times now. I add a few more choc chips to the top and change up the spices every once in awhile! Everyone LOVES IT! I have frozen lots of zucchini to keep making it all winter! Made another today in fact!

Apple Butter Bars
These were awesoome! I used a 9X9 instead of 13X9 and they came out more cake like. I also used choppped apples instead of raisins, making another batch next week!!
