Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
I found some corned beef in the freezer and thought this would be a good way to revive it. Unfortunately I think I may have discovered I'm just not a corned beef fan (or maybe it had been in the freezer too long?), but I did still enjoy the flavor. It was a pretty strong smell coming from the pot but it balanced out well in the actual meat. Maybe I'll try it again someday with some fresher meat!
