Tofu Peanut Stir-Fry
This is hands-down the tastiest tofu recipe I've ever made - my husband and I love it! It's messy to coat the tofu with the cornstarch mixture, but so worth the clean-up. Delicious!

Chocolate Coconut Cream Pie
I made two of these pies for my family's Easter celebration, and both pies were gone before the end of the night! Everyone loved this pie! The directions were excellent and so easy to follow - thanks for sharing!
