I have been in the catering and baking business for about 12 years and loved every minute of it. The more challenging the better. I love to bake anything especially cookies. I also like to make good old fashion comfort food like homemade chili, beef stew, pot roast, etc. the kind of stick to your rib meals that I grew up with. Every holiday sharing dinner at my moms house before she passed now we(the whole family) get together at my house. I enjoy making iced honey spice cookies in a variety of shapes and sizes with many different colors and details. I also enjoy baking and extensively decorating cakes of all sizes and shapes. I can't cook a steak to save my life.
