I loved this spice mix....the first time I tried it I COATED the Salmon and it was too spicy. Then I tried it again and lightly coated and it was amazing! I made extra and stored it in a spice jar with all my other spices.

Baked Dijon Salmon

I think this is a great recipe. I didn't have the pecans, but it turned out to be wonderful with out them. My boyfriend loved this one! Thanks for the post!

BBQ Steak

This is such a great marinande! Easy to make and delicious. I took some other reviewers' advice and omitted the extra salt as there is alot in the soy sauce. Awesome! Thanks for the post :)

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

AMAZING! The sauce is out of this world!I am just getting interested in cooking and this was quite easy to make...even for a beginner! I definitley wowed my guests! I took a suggestion of another reviwer and used breadcrumbs instead of flour, and it turned out great and looked great.
