Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken
Delicious! I covered the chicken after an hour and ended up baking more like 2 hours instead of one and a half... VERY GOOD!!!

Oven-Fried Catfish
Pretty tasty... the first time I made it I substituted the salt and celery seed for celery salt... the second time I made this I followed the recipe exactly... definitely liked my way better... either way this is easy and pretty tasty!

Garlic Chicken
Would've been great as chicken parmesan... by itself it was somewhat dry...
