Mary's Meatloaf

I can't say enough about this recipe...my family loves it (even my 3 and 5 yr. olds). They think their Mommy is a great cook. Thanks Mary!!

Four Cheese Macaroni

This recipe was excellent!! Thank goodness no one in our family has a problem with high colesterol, because I added crushed bacon to mine. It was delicious, but not something I would make frequently.

Coconut Cream Pie IV

I'm always trying new recipes. I love to cook for my family. I tried this for Easter (shoul've tested it out first), and I was a bit embarrassed. Although it tasted great, it was a bit runny. Next time I'll look at the reviews first, and then go from there. I'll definitely try it again, but boil it a bit longer.
