Spicy Sausage and Rice Casserole
I used a hot sausage from a local butcher and added a medium onion, diced, I used the whole 14 ounce can of chicken broth and added a 6 ounce can of sliced mushrooms and this was the best recipe. Just spicy enough. I loved it. I cooked everything in my large cast iron dutch oven and kept it in there and baked it in the oven. What a wonderful recipe. I will make this again.
