Spicy Sausage and Rice Casserole
I used a hot sausage from a local butcher and added a medium onion, diced, I used the whole 14 ounce can of chicken broth and added a 6 ounce can of sliced mushrooms and this was the best recipe. Just spicy enough. I loved it. I cooked everything in my large cast iron dutch oven and kept it in there and baked it in the oven. What a wonderful recipe. I will make this again.

Pumpkin Roll
This is absolutley the best Pumpkin Roll I have ever made. I have been making other recipes for years and thought I would try a new recipe and I am glad I did. The ginger gave it an extra kick. This is a great recipe. I let my cool about 5 more minutes before I unrolled it. I will be making more of these. Does anyone know if you can freeze these?

Pumpkin Cookies VI
Not as spicy as I thought it would be, but they are a great cookie. I made a double recipe the first time and every one I have given them to just loved them.
