Banana Muffins II
This recipe was really good! My 4 year old thoroughly enjoyed peeling and smashing the bananas!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
WOW...this recipe is so good! I made over 40 loaves this past weekend for my Clients and received numerous compliments on how moist the bread was! I followed the recipe exactly...I sifted together all the dry ingredients. The baking time for my oven took about 10 minutes longer.

Fried Onion Rings
We love these! My boyfriend has made several onion rings over the years and this one is our favorite...gotta be the beer. :)
