I'm a college student trying to learn how to be a grown-up! I like to cook and am pretty good as long as I have a good recipe. I will be taking care of my boyfriend when he comes home from the hospital (spinal cord injury) and that's the main reason I am trying to learn how to cook! Anything! I've been trying to duplicate green salsa from my favorite mexican recipe for YEARS. My version isn't exactly the same, but still delicious and a hit with everyone. I also make THE BEST spaghetti and meatballs you will ever have ever! I recently made beef and vegetable soup for my boyfriend and he said it was the best soup he's ever had! :) Goodness, where do I even begin.... homemade chocolate chip cookies that tasted like shortening (made my house smell like shortening for days too!), many many dishes with over/under cooked meat. Burning nearly everything in my last apartment before I finally realized it was the oven, not me!
