I have made this lasagna 3 times and love it. I had to make a few changes...I did half beef and half italian sausage. I also added cottage cheese to my lasagna and removed from the other cheeses. I added a little more sauce than what it calls for. Excellent Recipe

This recipe is amazing! I have made this about ten times and you should definately do it exactly the way the recipe says. I have made with and without the liquid smoke, but when I barbque I smoke it with wood chips anyways.

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

This recipe has been requested by everyone who had it. Next time I will have to triple the recipe! Instead of buying fish stock I used the stock that I made when I boiled the shrimp and crawfish. The boil had lemons, garlic, onion and a packet for seafood boil. I also used creole seasoning and zattarans seasoning.
