Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

Wow! This recipe makes the "perfect" cookie. I put craisins in half and chocolate chips in the other half of dough. Yum!

Stovetop Granola

Love this recipe. I used it as a base recipe and changed some things. But you can pretty much add what you want to granola. I added coconut and craisins and pecans.
