Cinnamon Griddle Cakes
I thought this was really really good. It was quite filling though and a little went a long way. I think it might have been because the syrup was sooo sweet. I loved them though and will definitely make them again.

Marshmallow Fondant
I had never made or worked with fondant before but my friend and I needed a project so we took this recipe on. We had such a great time with and it really turned out well. I was actually proud to show it off!

Vegetarian Quiche
Easy and tasty. I added swiss cheese, which I always add to quiche, and it was perfect.
