Chocolate Eclair

This is a classic that is a favorite everywhere I take it. I have also tried a butterscotch icing instead of chocolate or even maple is good. This recipe gives you a lot of options to jazz it up or leave as is.

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

This is an excellent base recipe for an amazing pizza. I have made it several times using roasted peppers, prosciutto, artichokes, etc. Gourmet pizza at a fraction of the cost. A real time saver is buying the pizza dough from my local pizzeria. My whole family loves this recipe!

Blackberry Cobbler II

I would give this 10 stars! My husband raved about this cobbler. The integrity of the blackberries are maintained & the crust was supreme! You cannot go wrong with this recipe. I double or even triple the crust recipe depending on who is eating it. Excellent with homemade ice cream.

Nacho Chip Casserole

This is a dish that can please everyone in your family. The Doritos are a must. This was a huge hit with my 17 year old & his friends. They'll even bring me the ingredients from the store so I will make it for them.

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: May 23, 2009
The simplicity of this recipe makes it ideal. The ability to switch out ingredients fro what you have on hand makes it one you will use over and over. I didn't have any taco sauce so I used red enchilada sauce instead. I fried my tortillas first to keep them from getting soggy. This is just one you have to try and tweek it to make it your own. Excellent recipe!
