Rich Chocolate Truffle Pie
I am so excited about this. Have made a similar pie before but with lots of butter, not heavy cream. Will rate after Thanksgiving. Hope it keeps well, refridgerated of course!

Easy Pot Roast
tried to cook faster by increasing temp, but it was tough! next time I'll go by the recipe

Salmon with Lemon and Dill
love baked salmon. I added mayo to the fillets and it kept them very moist.
