Can't Get Enough Caramel Cookies!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Outstanding! I could barely keep the cookies in the house - my whole family loved them. The filling is definitely enough for two batches of the cookies, which is good so I could make more and bad for my waistline. :) This is my new favorite cookie recipe!

Really yummy! I ommited the almonds and topped with a powdered sugar/vanilla glaze. Kids never knew they were eating zucchini. :)

I tried the baking method suggested elsewhere (can't make myself fry with all that oil!), and they were only ok. Probably something I did wrong, changing the recipe around, but I don't think I'll try them again.

Strawberry Whipped Sensation

I made this for Easter and it was a great hit with the kids! Only change I would make is to add a touch of red food coloring to the strawberry mix so it looks pink instead of off-white. This is a keeper!

Amazingly Good Eggnog

I made this for Christmas and it was fantastic! The only thing I would do differently is make it the night before - it really is best when chilled overnight. It's now a Christmas recipe keeper!
