Like some other reviewers, I also cut the amount of cheese in half. I omitted onions and ham because I wanted something basic for Easter brunch since I was cooking a ham on its own. I placed the casserole in an egg shape dish and it was just wonderfull different and wonderfully tasty! Thanks so much! This bake is soooo fast and convenient.
