Thai-Style Peanut Sauce with Honey
My family and I love the strong peanut flavour. I have used this recipe more times then I can remember. I usually use chopped peanuts instead of crunchy peanut butter, cut the amount of soy sauce in half as I find it a bit salty and use less vinegar then recommended as it is a bit strong. Great sauce!
