Easy Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies
I made these cookies last night. I used a devil foods cake and cut back on the butterscotch chips to 1 cup. They are very sweet but oh so yummy. I would cut back on the oil a smidge and let them cool on the cookie sheet before moving them to a wire rack. They are very soft after cooking 10 mins. I didn't want to cook them longer for fear of burning them. Once cooled they are so soft and very good. Not to mention EASY!!

Baked Ziti III
This is my all time favorite recipe. If I need to make a meal for someone they always get this ziti. I have also used zucchini instead of ground meat and have used sausage and ground meat... both are AWESOME! The only thing different I have done is add a little more basil and oregano, to taste. I don't even have this in my recipe box anymore since I make it so often I go off of memory! AWESOME!!

Au Gratin Potatoes II
PERFECT! I used frozen hash browns, cut down on the butter, cooked a bit longer and it was fantastic. I made two one with onions and one w/o. The one w.o onions needed onion powder for flavor. Had it for leftovers the next day and mixed some ham in it for great meal. I can't wait to make this one again.
