Hash Brown Casserole II
Fast to throw together and yummy for such a basic dish! Using a "premium" cheese, like a Gruyere or a nice aged cheddar, kicks the dish up just a bit more. The second time, I added 1/2 cup milk to the sauce mix and (as others suggested) used half the butter. Using reduced-fat soups also cuts some fat calories, if you're into that. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
