Spinach and Potato Frittata
I followed the recipe exactly. It was too much garlic for my taste (and I love garlic!) and it took WAY longer than 5-7 minutes. I will make again but put less garlic and will not expect it to only take 20 minutes to cook!

Hash Brown Casserole II
My mom makes this every year for our Christmas Day brunch and it's always something to look forward to!!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
YUM!! I didn't put olives on top because I don't like them, and added a bit more cheese. My hubby thought it was a bit too salty, so those sensitive might have a problem with it.
