I'm an officer of my local union who fortunately has a wonderful wife who is a superb cook and who does 99% of the cooking! So I'm sort of new at cooking, but as my wife tells me, if you can read, you're halfway there! Anything easy! I don't have any other than fulfilling my responsibility of staying out of the kitchen when my wife is cooking. So far haven't burnt the house down. Tried to cook grits one time when I was left to fend for myself and made a complete watery mess.
