Orange Chicken
If I could give it zero stars I would. It is a bad combination of ingredients, nothing could make it better. I ended up eating the chicken by itself with rice. I make many recipes off of allrecipes.com, and this is the first one to disappoint.

Lemon Bread
I followed the recommendations of more lemon and less sugar. It was very easy to make. Everyone at the office enjoyed it.

Seafood Lasagna II
I left out the scallops and mushrooms. I think I should have used more crab and shrimp to compensate for this. I used ragu alfredo and I think a homemade sauce would have been better.
