I love to just use what ever fresh food I have and just make something up. I almost never plan on making a specific dish it throws off my creative flow.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Lobster chowder, Honey glazed Ham, Salmon, Spanukapitta, it always has be homemade sauce in house from garlic mayonnese to strawberry Syrup for pancakes.
