I had alot of Easter ham leftover and was looking for ideas on how to use it. All the ingredients in this recipe sounded great...love pineapple, swiss cheese, etc. But the final result was very disappointing. The pineapple flavor was the only one I could make out. I did not enjoy it at all and chose not to serve it to my kids.
