Well I loved this as did my family! I took a bit of tips from all. I added butter instead oil and a dropped a cube of chicken bouillon to the cooking butter. It came out lumpy but that was my own fault for not adding the milk slowly so I just got out the mixer and mixed it for a few minutes and it was creamy and perfect! Thank you!

Followed the receipe as is and my kids love it! They agree the snow cones taste just the amusement parks! We did the math and it costs 34 cents for a bottle of home-made syrup versus $2.49 at the store! Thanks for a great receipe and saving money!
