Easy Stovetop Chicken Teriyaki in Orange Ginger Garlic Sauce

This dish was delicious! I found the orange marmalade to be a bit too strong... I now substitute with apricot preserve instead and sometimes thicken with a little cornstarch. The sauce is very yummy!

Soft Christmas Cookies

Although the dough was a bit hard to work with (just make sure that it is very, very cold before rolling it out), these cookies turned out great!

World's Best Lasagna
