Fish with cabbage and noodles on X-Mas Eve, letting the boys pick ANYTHING they want to eat for their birthdays and prepare it with lots of love, and pork-n-Kraut for New Years Day.

Soooo many. (ha,ha).

Anything that includes "sweet" baking. Savory I can do. I made peanut butter cookies one day that the birds would'nt eat!

Spinach Basil Pesto
I prefer my pesto's with a little more texture. I like to see and taste all the flavors

Richard's Chicken Breasts
Very tender chicken. I used chicken breast on the bone, which I think gives a better flavor. I also found the sauce yielded too little, so I added 3/4 cup chicken stock. To spice it up a tad I added garlic and shallots, reducing the onion. Was a hit with my family and will make again.

Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms
I used portobello mushroom caps and laid a piece of provolone cheese on top. Very yummy!
