Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This was really tasty. I do agree more broth should be added and I also substituted broth for water. I used a mild enchilada sauce and it was just the perfect kick. As others suggested, I added beans,kidney beans.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
I was so excited when I read the recipe as I am from Chicago and miss the food terribly. After making this version I was very disappointed.
