I'm a mom of 2 picky eaters (one on the verge of changing) and one gourmet. I wish I could cook well, I love flavorful food. My hubbie of 7 1/2 years also wishes I could cook. I have a few dishes I do really well, it's just always a challenge for me in the kitchen! Turkey with homemade cranberry sauce on Thanksgiving of course, my omi's Christmas brunch dish, corned beef on St. Patty's day, and al fresco dining all summer long. Cooking homemade meals for one entire month! I have one a week at least! Forgot the flour for cookies, eggs for cakes, etc. You name it, I'm sure I've messed it up. I even let my water boil for too long and ruined my pot!
