I'm much more a "baker" than a "cook" but, overall, just enjoy being in the kitchen. I have been blessed with a husband who loves to cook, a son (10yr) who loves learning to cook, and a daughter (<1yr) who loves being in the kitchen while we're all working!

Chocolate Pecan Pie III
FANTASTIC!!!! Make sure to use cocoa powder and don't try to use bakers squares. And make sure you temper the eggs before you add them to the pie! :D

Sensational Chocolate Sauce
The first time around, I followed the directions to a t. I found that it got too thick - almost the consistency of fudge. The second time around I cooked it less before adding the sugar and it came out in a fudge-sauce consistency.
