Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

This was very good! I made a few changes: I drained the grease from the sausage and I added a touch more cream, to reduce the spicyness of it. Other then that, it was great!

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

this was really good. My only suggestion, is to let it cool completely before you flip it on to a plate, otherwise, it will fall apart!

Stuffed and Wrapped Chicken Breast

This recipe was wonderful!! Next time, I would cut the salt in half. I also used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and turkey bacon and it still came out great!

Almond-Orange Tossed Salad

Easy recipe and very good! The only problem i had was making the candied almonds...I had to use butter to break up this almonds from sticking together
