Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar
I made this with Truvia and cut the recipe down. I thought the pepper should be optional as I felt it detracted from the dish. I didn't find a need to let the berries marinate. Top with whipped cream, a very lo cal and insanely delicious dessert.

Seafood Lasagna II
I just don't understand the other reviews. This was the blandest lasagna I've ever eaten...a waste of money and good seafood. Might have given it two stars but for the enormous cost of the ingredients.

Rhubarb Sour Cream Pie
Used 3 cups rhubarb and threw in some dark, sweet cherries. Used just 1 cup sugar. Not great...needed the extra half cup sugar suggested in the recipe. Pie looked beautiful but very so so tasting. Definitely wouldn't make again.
