Sloppy Joes
I'm only give this 3 stars. It was too sweet. If I make this again I will modify the amount of ketchup, BBQ sauce, and brown sugar used. I think its a good basic recipe but it needs some tweaking.

Herb-Crusted Chuck Roast
This recipe had a great flavor. I don't like chuck roast because they have a tendency to be tough. I did bake it for 2 hours, used meat thermometer. It wasn't as tender as what I would of liked so next time I will use a different cut of meat but still use this recipe.

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata
This reciped was fantastic! Next time I make this, and there will be a next time, I will cut the red pepper by half. It was too hot for me but the rest of the family didn't complain because they were too busy eating...loved it!
