One Word: Awesome! Thank you for this great recipes. This may become our new Christmas tradition dessert. It WAS that good. Loved the way the syrup gave just enough to the apples for a terrrific filling. I did add generous teaspoon of cinnamon. Nothing else needed. WoW! This is a keeper and one to share. Happy Holidays!

OMG Good! I used 1c of cocoa and 3c of sugar. I did have to add about 1 Tbsp more of milk. Didn't seem like it was going to be spreadable until I added all of the sugar. Then the little extra milk made it great! We will use this again.

My picky hubby liked this. I broiled it in the oven. Go easy on the lemon.
