My family can cook you up somethin' so good you'd lick the South end of a North-bound bull to get another taste! I grew up on the very best seafood and BBQ that the world has to offer, and I didn't even have to leave South-East Texas!

Baked Salmon II
I dusted the fish with a few pinches of Old Bay seafood rub just before adding the marinade and sealing up the foil. When i opened it up it was just glistening and golden.

Almond Rice Pilaf
I added a little extra butter and used a little extra salt and it came out wonderful. I'll be tweaking this recipe for the foreseeable future.
