Blueberry Grunt
This is similar to a dessert my grandmother used to make called Blueberry Roly Boly. The difference though, is we use Bisquick in it! So much easier to make the dumplings and they are softer in the berries. Add a 'hard sauce' of a stick of butter and cup of sugar mixed on top of a warm bowl of this and it's to die for!

Seven Layer Tortilla Pie
Nice twist! I added a few changes - ground beef with taco seasonings - great way to use left overs! Makes a lot too - also works reheated. I used lowfat cheese and sourcream, fat free refried beans and whole wheat tortillas and you never would have known! Thanks...
