Harvested Chicken Stew
I altered this recipe . to thicken it for a stew I added 1 can cream chicken and 1 can cream mushroom also thought about adding a can of cream of broccoli. And added all misc. veggies from garden and leftovers It turned out very good . My neighbors loved it!

Summer Zucchini Casserole
I altered it some and added garlic and shredded sharp cheddar and Jack cheeses. It was very good hubby ate 3 helpings!

Grilled Zucchini Pizza
great use of this over abundant veggie!It tasted just like a pizza slice. I passed it on to a friend and she loved it too and passed it on to her sister. Nice change from all the other "regular" uses of this veggie.
