I'm not too sure about this one. I love semi-sweet chocolate but thought the flavor just didn't seem quite right for this recipe. I appreciated the convenience of doing it in the microwave and the way it quickly sets. Certainly it is something that will help satisfy the sweet tooth, but I don't think I'll be using this recipe again. The flavor just isn't what I had in mind for chocolate fudge.

I tried this recipe because I wanted to make a peanut butter fudge that didn't use marshmallow creme for a change. Like many others, I also used 1 cup of pb instead of the 3/4 cup and decreased the amount of sugar. It came out pretty decent.

This is a really good gnocchi recipe. It's simple, no fuss, and cooks up fast. I'm sure it can be flavored and served in many ways. I will definitely keep this one on hand, as I know I'll be making it again soon.
