Stovetop Granola
I made a few changes but I'm still going to give this recipe a well-deserved 5 stars. I used 3 cups of oats, light margarine instead of butter, a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses instead of the 2nd tablespoon of honey and added vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, a pinch of salt. I preheated the oven and turned it off when adding the cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil and letting it sit there til cool. When I took it out I crumbled it a little and added almonds, coconut, raisins and some semi-sweet chocolate chips. Oh yeah, it's yummy. I'm munching some right now. Awesome recipe! Thanks!
