Jackie's Killer Krab Dip

This was just OK. Very bland and hardly any flavor. Added more hot sauce, some creole seasoning, and mustard powder. Did improve it some, but probably will not make again.

Salsa Chicken Skillet

Love this! Super easy and delicious! Also added onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper to the juice. Next time will try it with sauteed green pepper and onions.

My family loved these! I used minced garlic and added chopped green peppers along with the onion. Also used mexican cheese instead of cheddar. Yum!! Will make again.

This was ok. Definately lacking zest, so I added curry powder, tsardust memories, and crushed red pepper. I also added water and cooked the rice right into it. Few additions and it was very good.

Zucchini Bisque

I loved it (great flavor) but the husband said it was "different". However, he likes anything with meat and chunky. Bisque just wasn't his thing. With that being said, I give it four stars. Thanks, and will make again for company and special occaisions.

Shrimp Cakes

These were very good and the whole family loved the flavor, but they were slightly mushy on the inside. I added minced garlic and red pepper and cut the mayo down a bit. I didn't fry them, I broiled them and turned once. Will make again but maybe bake first.

Pepperoni Pizza Pita

These were fun to make (my 8 year old loved it) and were quick and easy as well. I took another reviewers advice and brushed the pitas with evoo and baked for several minutes while cutting up toppings. We then added black olives, mushrooms, diced onions and green peppers, pepperoni, shredded colby jack cheese, a bit of parmesan, pinch of oregano, and blue cheese sprinkles. Yummy!

This was very good, but very spicy and my family likes spicy. Next time I will cut back to one chipotle pepper in adobo. I also served this with a homemade salsa verde.

Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Loved this! My very first Salsa Verde and this was excellent. I used this to serve with Shrimp Tacos and still had enough left over to eat the next day with tortilla chips. I used a jalapeno instead and also added some chicken seasoning and lime juice. I blended all the ingredients first and then cooked. Yummy!

Mediterranean Farfalle

This was really good! I didn't have the pine nuts, but even without was a big hit. This made quite a bit and the leftovers were even great the next day and I'm not a big leftover person. Thank you, will make again.
