Sparkling Punch
This was a huge hit at my son's Birthday party. People of all ages loved it. Should have bought twice as much, it was gone in no time at all.

Salsa Chicken Skillet
Pretty good. Added taco seasoning to the chicken and topped with black olives, sour cream, cheese and fresh chopped cilantro. Yum!
