Seminary Muffins
I had to cook them 23minutes to get them browned at the top, and definitely worth the wait. Also tried w blueberries and with sliced almonds--all variations have worked! Also agave nectar substitute for brown sugar came out w/ similar results after halfing the applesauce. No one believes they don't have butter. Thanks so much for the recipe!
