I have tried many recipes, looking for that perfect chewy cookie like you can find at the bakery, and this is it! They came out perfect! I cut the recipe in half (I knew if they turned out good I would be tempted to eat way too many)and followed it exactly and they came out great! So Happy!!!

This was really good! I used red onion, pork tenderloin and red pepper and let it all marinade for about 4 hours. So good!

These potatoes were excellent! I scaled the recipe down to four servings and it was awesome. I did not have mint on hand so I left it out and added some basil. I will be making these again for sure!

Old Settlers' Baked Beans

This recipe was so good. I usually make traditional baked beans which is a very long process. I really liked how easy and quick this recipe was. I followed the recipe exactly as written and it was perfect! I will be making this again for sure!

I think next time I make it I will add a little more yeast (as others have suggested) and may replace half of the whole wheat flour with white flour.

Florida Seafood Casserole

My husband and I really liked this recipe. I used shrimp and cod as well as added some frozon peas. I think next time I will leave out the water chestnuts. I will be making this again for sure!!
