Spicy Chicken and Sweet Potato Stew
I loved the flavors that the combination of spices created. It was superb. However, it was a tad too watery. The consistency was perfect until I added the flour dilluted with 2 tablespoons of water, it then became too watery. Next time I make this dish, I will add the flour directly into the pot without diluting it in water first or just use less water overall. Perhaps then this dish will be a five star!
