This is pretty darn good. I used extra dijon cause I like things moist and spicy. I also used someone's advice and melted the butter and Panko (Oh yah, I used Panko instead of bread crumbs) to top the salmon instead of drizzling the butter later. Since I don't measure I'm pretty sure I used extra topping. All in all - DELICIOUS!

Simple Feta Cheese Salad

Good mix but I too found it a little bland. I used regular tomatoes (that might have been part of it) so I added salt (about a TBSP or two) and Garlic Powder. Much better.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

It was okay. I found it to be a little bland and without much flavor. Unfortunately, I don't have much of a solution either. It's fish, so maybe it's just a fish thing.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I didn't feel like cutting up the breasts (okay okay, they were frozen and I was late for work) so I tossed them in. It worked just fine (I shredded the chicken when I got home before I added the cream cheese) and found it to be DELICIOUS. An easy fix if you haven't thawed your chicken.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

The best pot roast I've had - EVAH!!! So good. I first coated it in flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder and fried it in olive oil. I also boiled some carrots, potatoes and celery and served the gravy over it. DELISH!!! Will be making this again and again. Thank you!!!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

The salad was really really good but there was way too much mayo in the salad (I thought). Unfortunately, there wasn't anything I could do after it was all mixed because it was too late to boil more potatoes. I will make it again, just using less mayo.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

I thought they were just okay but my husband said they were delicious. I expected the cookie center to be moist and taste like cookie dough from the ice cream. Instead I thought it was a little dry and flavorless. Oh well, the hubs liked them so I made a dozen more and sent them to his office!

Banana Muffins II

Pretty darn good. I added some cinnamon and vanilla and I only had 2 bananas left. I too thought the batter was a little dry and added a bit of vegetable oil to moisten things up a bit. I think the muffins were delicious and very easy to make. I will definitely be making these again. An easy and yummy breakfast.

Poppy Seed Chicken II

Pretty good. My husband liked it. I thought it was a little rich and overwhelmingly greasy. Oh well. It's okay to enjoy something "southern" every once-in-a-while. :) I served it over rice because I'm not sure it should be eaten alone. Way too rich but very good with rice.

New Wife Tuna Salad

To be fair, I don't really care for tuna salad but my husband does so I thought I'd give this a try. Quite delicious. I also used regular mustard (we didn't have honey mustard) and I had to skip the celery seed because I couldn't find it! I served this salad on toasted bread with shredded cheddar cheese. My husband had seconds! Yum.

It was just okay. I replaced the "egg" with dijon mustard for kick. This house doesn't do bland. My husband enjoyed the crunchiness of the coating but all in all I would say this recipe was just average. Sorry.

Artichoke Chicken

Oh My Word! This is divine!!! I make this all the time now. My husband loves it and so do I! Delicious. I didn't change a thing and it was perfect. Yum Yum Yum!!!
